How should I prepare my pet before their reservation?

A quick potty break before arrival helps your pet feel more comfortable. If they have extra energy, a short walk can help them relax.

Can I stay with my pet during grooming?

For safety and to help your pet stay calm, we typically ask for drop-off and will call you when your pet is ready.

What if my pet is matted?

Severe matting can be uncomfortable or painful. In some cases, shaving may be the safest option. We’ll always discuss this with you first.

How long will the reservation take?

Most appointments take a few hours depending on your pet’s size, coat, and service. We’ll give you an estimate and notify you when they’re ready. Please let us know in advance if you need your dog to be ready by a specific time so we can accommodate your request.

What if my pet is nervous or anxious?

That’s completely okay! We specialize in gentle, patient care and will take extra time to help your pet feel safe and comfortable.

Do I need to provide vaccination records?

Yes, we require up-to-date vaccination records to keep all pets and our team safe and healthy.

Should I brush my dog before bringing them in?

Light brushing is always helpful, but no worries—we’ll take care of the rest! If your pet has matting, just let us know ahead of time.

How often should my pet be groomed?

Most pets benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks to stay clean, comfortable, and healthy.

Do you require deposits?

No, full payments are expected upon completion of service.

What happens if I’m late or miss my reservation?

We understand that things happen! Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re running late or need to make a change.

Late arrivals or missed reservations may delay service for other pets and may need to be rescheduled. We truly appreciate your consideration in helping us keep everything running smoothly for all of our furry clients.

How do you ensure my pet is safe and comfortable?

Your pet’s well-being is our top priority. We use gentle handling, take breaks when needed, and treat every pet with patience, care, and respect.

Are walk-ins accepted or is an appointment necessary?

Yes. However, reservations are strongly encouraged.

Do you cater to all dog breeds?

Yes. We cater to all breeds.

Is it safe to have puppies groomed?

Yes. Puppy grooming is safe and encouraged, it’s a great way to introduce your pup to the grooming experience early! We do require at least two rounds of vaccinations (around 9 weeks) to ensure a safe visit for all pets

Do you use natural and safe products for grooming?

Yes. All products are pet certified.
